Sacha Stauffer | Photography retains the rights to all images captured and is the copyright owner. It is against the law to sell, distribute, copy, reproduce, alter, or profit from the images with out a written copyright release. Client must abide by the restrictions of a written copyright release if issued one.

Sacha Stauffer | Photography reserves the right to display any owned image as samples of her work for the purposes of window and showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the Internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.

All fees are due on the day that the services are provided. Payment is accepted by cash or check only. All checks can be written out to Sacha Stauffer Photography.

Coverage plan times must be used consecutively. Time starts when Sacha Stauffer arrives and the time finishes when the coverage time runs out.

Wedding deposits are non-refundable. Client will be responsible for entire balance if cancellation was not provided within 7 days of the date reserved even if the services are no longer needed.

If the photographer cannot perform the contracted agreement due to fire, casualty, act of God, illness, or any other cause beyond the control of the photographer then Sacha Stauffer Photography shall return all monies paid and shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or memory card malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event that Sacha Stauffer Photography fails to perform for any other reason, Sacha Stauffer Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the value of the client’s package.

Sacha Stauffer shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the wedding day. Family and friends will be permitted to photograph at the wedding as long as they do not interfere with her duties and do not photograph poses arranged by Sacha Stauffer.

The photographer may be necessarily limited by the guidelines or rules of the ceremony official, ceremony venue, or reception venue. Client understands and agrees that Sacha Stauffer Photography will abide by such guidelines or rules and that they are outside the control of Sacha Stauffer Photography. The client agrees to hold Sacha Stauffer Photography harmless for the impact such guidelines or rules may have on the resulting photographs.
