Wedding Packages:

I offer three wedding packages based on the amount of coverage that you would like. All packages include photographer’s time & talent, a traditional wedding album of 200 4×6 prints, and a disc of all the high resolution images. You may also customize your package based on your individual needs; however the minimum amount of hours that must be met is four. The disc will include all the processed images from your wedding and a copyright release allowing you to make prints at any lab of your choice. Color correcting and basic retouching are included on all images in the album and on the disc. Images will also be at their original resolution so that you can make enlargements without losing any quality. You will receive your images and album no later than two months after the date of your wedding.

Images:

Color correcting and basic retouching are included on all images in the album and on the DVD.  I will turn about 10% of the images to black & white if I feel it will enhance the photo.  For bride & groom shots, I include a color, black & white, and vintage copy for each image.  All the images on the disc will be at their original resolution so that you can make enlargements without losing any quality.  You will receive your images and album no later than two months after the date of your wedding.

Pre-Wedding Consultations:

I usually like to meet with couples twice before their wedding day.  The first meeting is for you to see my work, learn more about my pricing, and ask any questions you may have that will help determine if I am the right photographer for you.  The second meeting is a few weeks before your wedding day to go over the details and schedule of your special day.  This ensures that we are both on the same page and allows you to let your wedding party & family members know where & when to expect the pictures to be taken.

Policies as stated on Contract:

Coverage plan times must be used consecutively. Time starts when Sacha Stauffer arrives and the time finishes when the coverage time runs out.

Wedding deposits are non-refundable.  Client will be responsible for entire balance if cancellation was not provided within 7 days of the date reserved even if the services are no longer needed.

If the photographer cannot perform the contracted agreement due to fire, casualty, act of God, illness, or any other cause beyond the control of the photographer then Sacha Stauffer Photography shall return all monies paid and shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or memory card malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event that Sacha Stauffer Photography fails to perform for any other reason, Sacha Stauffer Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the value of the client’s package.

Sacha Stauffer shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the wedding day.  Family and friends will be permitted to photograph at the wedding as long as they do not interfere with her duties and do not photograph poses arranged by Sacha Stauffer.

The photographer may be necessarily limited by the guidelines or rules of the ceremony official, ceremony venue, or reception venue. Client understands and agrees that Sacha Stauffer Photography will abide by such guidelines or rules and that they are outside the control of Sacha Stauffer Photography. The client agrees to hold Sacha Stauffer Photography harmless for the impact such guidelines or rules may have on the resulting photographs.
